I’m a people photographer by heart and love nothing more than make my subjects feel comfortable in front of my camera so they can show up confidently for their job and themselves. My goal is every everyone to be excited about photo day rather than dreading it.

Quick Fox Labs
Quick Fox Labs started two years ago as a 2-woman business, ready to take on the world of digital marketing. With the team growing, the founders Emma and Amy wanted to have some up-to-date headshots as well as team photos. We used their Shoreditch office building as well as their colourful neighbourhood for the photos.
LSV Hassocks
The brief for LSV Hassocks, a special education school in Sussex, was to create some new modern staff photos for the website and other online and offline presentations. All photos were taken on the grounds of the school.
Crossfit Connect
Connect is a CrossFit Gym in Hove with a big local community. Through the years the team has changed and evolved which prompted the owner Donna Beale in 2022 to create a new set of portraits of each individual staff member.
University of Sussex Student's Union officers 2019-2020
With a new team of Students’ Union officers starting, the Marketing department of the University of Sussex Students’ Union asked for portraits as well as profile videos for the new team to be introduced to the student body.
Global Young Minds
Global Young Minds is a start-up company based in Sussex that focuses on international student recruitment. The aim of the session was to create a coherent set of headshots for the small team as well as a few group photos that showed how well the team works together to show dynamic, unity and passion for their work.

An overview over solopreneurs and freelancers, some of which do more hands-on work, others work mostly online so their only tool or prop would be a computer. Hopefully, this gives you a nice overview of at-work portraits and non-traditional profile shots.
Pricing.
Prices for business portraits and headshot photography:
Up to 2 hours = £500
additional hours = £200/hour
A business headshot session usually takes about 10-15 mins per subject. Every person is different with unique requirements so I try to allow enough time for everyone to ease up in front of my camera to get the best possible portrait of everyone.
Your staff photos can be created in a way that they all look similar or be tailored to the individual person and their job role. There’s no right or wrong way to do this, it all depends on what you prefer your new team portraits to look like.
The Process.
The booking
If you’d like to work with me, it’s best to start with a chat so we can establish what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit. You can book a call with me at a time that is convenient for you.
If our chat went well and you decided you’d like to hire me, I can send you a quote based on what we talked about via email. If you’re happy with the quote, you can accept it with the click of a button, read through my contract (stating the terms and conditions of our agreement), pay a 25% deposit, and fill in a short questionnaire to finalise the booking.
The final payment will be due 7 days before your session. If your company has a different system and policies to receive and pay for services, please do let me know and we’ll work around that.
The session
On the day, I will spend the time with you we agreed on. If for some reason we’ll run over or need more time than anticipated, we’ll roll with it and I will add additional hours to your contract as agreed on the day. The price for additional hours is £200/hour.
The hours that you book with me can be spent in any way you like. Depending on how much time we have available, we can take as many headshots, group photos and even location and office shots. The main goal is to create a set of images that represents your business and helps you sell yourself in any online or offline capacity as needed.
Photo delivery
About 2-3 weeks after your session, you will receive an email stating that your images are ready and available for download through your personal online gallery. I will be able to assign two owners to the gallery but can add additional people with specific permissions as well. Who you’d like the owner to be can be decided ahead of the session through the questionnaire you’ll receive.
The gallery will have no expiry date and you’ll be able to download all images in high-res and web-res. Depending on how much time I spent with each individual, you’ll receive between 5 and 10 photos per person. All photos in your gallery will be fully edited and go through minor retouching if necessary. You’ll then be able to choose your own favourites and use as many as you like for any personal and professional profiles.
Should you have any questions about the delivery now or at any point after receiving your photos, I’m happy to assist you to make sure you get the most out of using them.

Who am I?

My name is Anja and I’m a photographer and filmmaker based just outside of Brighton. I work predominantly with small businesses and families but also have a wide range of experience working with medium-sized companies and corporations.
I offer anything from business portraiture and headshots to documentary event coverage as well as promo and brand films.
