Portraits and Branding Photography and Films

“It’s one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like, it’s another thing to make a portrait of who they are.”

Paul Caponigro

Portraits

When was the last time you had your photo taken?
I get it, it’s uncomfortable. But actually, it doesn’t have to be like that!

No matter if you’re a business professional or just someone who’d like a few nice headshots for your online dating profile, your Social Media, as a present for mum, for LinkedIn or just for yourself – you being comfortable in front of the camera is the main goal. I mean, besides creating a great portrait of you obviously.

Portraiture has many names but essentially the goal is to create images of you that you recognise AND love. And that’s a big deal!

I shoot on location, wherever that is. My style is more documentary than anything else. A portrait session will probably never be 100% documentary – unless you want that – but I document more than I pose and direct during a photography session.

Personal Branding photography and films

People buy from people, not businesses. I’m sure you’ve heard that before but let me explain what that means for you as a business professional or a brand.

Small businesses have a massive advantage in reaching their clients by being authentically themselves as a person. They don’t just sell their products but can give the business a face and someone their audience can relate to. A branding photography session or a brand film shows the story of YOU and WHY you do what you do. That’s how they connect.

It’s all about connection and authenticity. Your story and my experience in telling stories combined, that’s the key.

And that’s what’s why my branding photography and films are much more than just taking a portrait in a pretty place. That’s why I’d like to use the term “behind the scenes” (or short “BTS”) for my branding sessions. There’s a science behind storytelling and how humans connect through it. Let’s talk about yours to help you reach out to your audience.

Corporate and event photography and films

Nobody knows your business as well as you do. All you need is someone to show others what it is you can do for them – through visuals. And that’s where I come in.

No matter what kind of photos or videos you need – headshots, event coverage, product production, service launches… With your expertise in the field and mine in visual storytelling, we will produce work to showcase your achievements and make you stand out from the crowd.

No matter how small or big a project or budget is, the essence of successful work is always the same: Story. Let’s use your passion for your products and services and my passion for story to create something your audience will connect with and really care about.

Not-for-profit and charities

You care about the humanity and the impact your work can have. The sole reason you do what you do is to help others and create a better place. It’s hard work, I get it. But showing the world what you do, doesn’t have to be. Let me help you with that!

Stock photography, overused images and photos full of clichés just don’t cut it to represent the work you do. In a world of social media, engagement comes through authenticity. To reach potential clients or donors you’ve got to show them that you are REAL! Authentic documentation of what you and why you do it, builds trust and creates connections. And that ultimately will widen your circle of who supports you in your mission.

Let’s talk about your mission and how I can help you.
