Family Photo Session

A few weeks ago I met Family S. for a little morning photo session. Severine and Thomas are a french-german couple and raise their kids bilingual. I don’t speak french but it’s the cutest thing seeing the little ones switch from german to english for no obvious reason within a sentence (not least not obvious to me). After a little morning reading session and examining all of their favorite toys we went outside where Paul and Selma kept their parents busy at the playground. They had so much fun climbing, swinging, sliding and being chased around by their parents – it was really fun documenting what was just another day outside for them.
