UK OK . Northern UK

In October I went to Manchester. Mainly to go to the Fershop, that I blogged about a little while ago. But since I’ve never been to the northern part of the UK I also used this trip to exlore the area a bit as well. To begin with, Manchester is pretty cool. I liked it a lot! But I also went to Sheffield and York – both cute cities in their own ways. The more I see of England, the more I like it. And I’ll definitely be back for some more exploration in the future… But for now, here …

Prague . weekendtrippin’

For a short weekend trip in October I drove to Prague – which is only 2,5 hours from where I live – to meet my former neighbour Brandon from Hawaii and his friend Steve. When I went to Hawaii this summer I finally hung out with Brandon again after 7 years. He then told me that he and his friend are planning a trip through europe in the fall. October came and we met in Prague. The weekend was full of cultural exploration, information, good food and tons of fun. What a great way to spend a weekend!

Andalusia, Spain

In September I finally made it to Andalusia, where my lovely friend Romy moved to a year ago. Within 2,5 days I got to see Malaga, Benalmadena, Marbella, Benahavis, the beach and 2 malls. It was a weekend well spent with one of my best friends!

Starbucks was founded in 1971 in Pike Place Market, now being a company known all over the world. I’m not that much of a coffee drinker though… But Seattle has so much more to offer than that. It’s a beautiful city with lots of art, interesting places and people and too big for me to explore it completely in 5 days. I vistited my friend Sharon who I’ve met while living in Hawaii. She moved to Seattle …

Beautiful Hawaii

After spending a long weekend in San Francisco I flew to Hawaii – my very own paradise. Everything’s just so much different and Honolulu is full of beautiful memories. I’m drawn to this place like no other! It still took me 5 years to finally go back… Honolulu is still pretty much the same, not much has changed. I walked the city, enjoyed the beach, got sunburned (really bad) and just inhaled the atmosphere, the salty and warm air. My friends Melissa and Pete let me stay with them, took me out for dinner, entertained me and took me to …
